The bottle, representing a jar, is a tribute to the Master: Luigi Pirandello; the label, designed by the Sicilian artist Rosangela Leotta, portray a woman, strong and decisive, like the characteristics of this oil.

Organoleptic characteristics
The Monocultivar Nocellara del Belice EVO Oil has a degree of acidity below 0.2% and appears very  dense with an emerald green colour.

The fragrance is intense and very aromatic, with elegant herbaceous / balsamic notes and green tomato scents. The taste is rich with chicory and aubergine flavour. Moderate bitterness and spiciness.

Suggested food pairing:
perfect for structured dishes, grilled red meat, legume soups and roasted fish.
