A unique cooking experience to discover the typical Sicilian flavours where you will be welcomed as a member of the family to dive into the daily traditions of southern Italy.
We collect together the vegetables from our garden according to season; then we move to the kitchen where our local chef Annalisa will guide you to the discover of the traditional Sicilian cuisine. You will learn how to prepare 4 original recipes from scratch; you will follow and make every step of the recipes from homemade pasta to seasonal dessert. Finally, we will share at the table the fruit of our work, enjoying a genuine lunch in a breathtaking location sipping delicious local wine.
