Producing a high quality extra-virgin olive oil requires strong passion and hard commitment. Join us during the most exiting time of the year and experience the entire production process of extra virgin olive oil from the land to the table.

We meet in the early afternoon equipped with work boots and gloves and we go to the olive grove where the harvest will begin. You will learn special techniques and fundamental care to adopt in order to preserve the quality of the olives and the healthy of the olive tree, from the cultivation to the harvest time. Later – and after a small snack to regain strength, we go together to the mill to assist at the olives pressing and follow the entire olive oil production process. After this amazing visit and with the smell of freshly squeezed olive oil still in your nose, we return to the Azienda Agricola to enjoy a genuine dinner as a real farmer based on vegetables from our garden, homemade preserves and the inevitable new olive oil result of your hard working day on the land.
