You will be welcomed at the farm Terre di Zaccanello with a tour of the olive grove in search of different types of cultivars (types of olives) and their characteristics. We will discover history and curiosity before going to the internal room where the technical tasting will take place according to the principles of the Italian Oil Sommelier Foundation. We will taste from 4 to 6 oils in relation to availability and we will learn how to recognise defects, scents and what the right combinations. Finally, we will learn how to properly read a label to better choose a good olive oil and what are the secrets for proper storage. After the course, we will serve from our pool bar a small tasting of typical products based on homemade preserves and local gastronomic specialties. Possibility of lunch/dinner on request.
